Mac sales 'defy all logic,' says analyst

According to IDC, Apple accounted for 9.4% of all U.S. computer sales

Apple's Mac sales in the US last quarter were up between 7 per cent and 12 per cent, according to estimates published yesterday by research firms Gartner and IDC.
